The annual event invites children of staff to the iPROMOTEu offices in Massachusetts and Wisconsin for a shared experience focused on community and engagement.

WAYLAND, MA / APPLETON, WI – On April 23, 2026, nationally recognized as Bring Your Child to Work Day, iPROMOTEu welcomed children of team members into its Wayland, Massachusetts and Appleton, Wisconsin offices for a full day of activities centered around career awareness, creativity, and collaboration.

This year’s event featured a series of presentations from team members across the organization, who shared insights into their roles and day-to-day responsibilities. The sessions provided an overview of the business and engaged participants in engaging conversations as they were introduced to different functional areas within the company.

“Opportunities like Bring Your Child to work Day reinforce the importance of connection and community that are foundational to iPROMOTEu’s core values,” said Tammi Ouillette, VP of Human Resources. “When you see the workplace through a child’s eyes you remember why you love what you do and today reminded our team of our shared purpose.”

In addition to the speaker sessions, children took part in hands-on crafting and drawing activities, giving them a creative outlet amid a packed schedule. Each child received an identification badge for the day, mirroring standard workplace practices.

A highlight of the day was a live video conference call connecting the Wayland and Appleton offices. The cross-office interaction was a real-word demonstration of how modern teams collaborate, and generated excitement on both ends of the call.

The day concluded with a special ceremony to present official Junior Team Member certificates to participants in recognition of their engagement, curiosity, and enthusiasm, followed by a group photo.

“This year’s Bring Your Child to Work Day was a highly anticipated event, offering a joyful and educational experience for children while energizing the entire team,” said Lori Bauer, Chief Executive Officer. “We look forward to welcoming our Junior Team Members back again next year.”
