iPROMOTEu Hosts 2025 Affiliate Forum – Forum of Dreams

iPROMOTEu welcomed over 350 top distributor Affiliates, promotional products suppliers, and staff to the luxury Encore Boston Harbor Resort for the 2025 Affiliate Forum in July. The three-day gathering in the City of Champions united attendees with a Forum of Dreams baseball theme that asked them to step up the plate to exchange bold ideas, explore the latest trends, and strengthen their partnerships across the industry.

The Affiliate Forum is iPROMOTEu’s flagship event, held every other year exclusively for the organization’s most successful independent distributors and preferred vendors. Attendees participated in elite programming that included peer roundtables, keynotes from industry leaders, educational sessions, and a fashion show of the latest trends, along with unique networking experiences.

“The Affiliate Forum has always been a catalyst for business growth and engagement,” said Lori Bauer, iPROMOTEu Chief Executive officer. “Our Affiliates are driven, creative entrepreneurs and make the most of this dedicated face time with top suppliers. When you bring together this level of talent and vision, the possibilities are truly endless. The energy throughout the week was extraordinary and is sure to carry forward all year.”

A highlight of the event was the exclusive trade show, where Affiliates previewed the latest promotional trends and connected one-on-one with Preferred Suppliers. The interactive format gave attendees access to innovative products, insight into upcoming launches, and dedicated time to strengthen vendor relationships. Wally the Green Monster, the Boston Red Sox mascot, even stopped by the tradeshow to add to the celebration.

Brian Padian of High Caliber shared, “As a supplier of over 30 years, I feel the iPROMOTEu Affiliate Forum is an exceptional event, an opportunity to meet great people, and I look forward to doing this again next year.”

New for this year’s Forum of Dreams, iPROMOTEu introduced The Promo Runway: Where Style Meets Branding. Attendees were invited to discover trendy branded apparel and products expertly styled by vertical market sectors and showcased by their peers walking the catwalk.

The fun continued when attendees traveled to the 521 Overlook at the iconic Fenway Park. In addition to watching the Red Sox vs. Rockies game from a private deck, the group enjoyed a Taste of Fenway dining experience, networking, and even got a shout out on the Jumbotron.

Beth McCracken of iPROMOTEu Affiliate Blackbird Promotions said, “This event made me realize that we aren’t competitors, we are a team… a family. I have never felt so much support! Several of the seasoned affiliates took me under their wing, coached me on how to succeed and grow my business and take advantage of all that iPROMOTEu offers! I came back motivated, revived, and ready to kick off fall with a bang!”

iPROMOTEu proudly recognized the outstanding achievements of its Affiliates by honoring excellence, growth, and leadership across the iPROMOTEu community. In addition to announcing the newest members of the Million Dollar Club, six distinguished individuals were inducted into the iPROMOTEu Hall of Fame, including the company’s founder, Ross Silverstein.

Additional special award honorees included:

  • Roxanne Rogers, ORION Promotional Group, Tommy Joyce Memorial Award
  • Theresa Gonzalez, Stay Visible, John Lascelles Memorial Award
  • Chuck Feldman and Steve Goldstein, PromoMonster, Rick Badiner Award for Integrity and Professionalism
  • Chris Whitney, Apple Valley Promotions, Affiliate Appreciation Award
  • Lisa Fronek, Generates Sales & Marketing Solutions, Affiliate Appreciation Award

Mary Quinlan of Q Group expressed, “The Forum is a must-attend event that delivers incredible value. From high-level networking with top vendors and affiliates to targeted education sessions and a well-curated tradeshow, every aspect was on point. I walked away with actionable insights and connections that will help drive more business—definitely time well spent.”

The 2025 Forum of Dreams successfully brought together leading voices from across the industry for three days of collaboration, education, and engagement. In 2026, iPROMOTEu will continue to foster these connections by hosting four Supplier Showcase events across the country.
