We are excited to announce that Bob Schwei, MAS, MASI, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Rafael Dosman, MASI, to Director of Business Development. iPROMOTEu also hired Mandy Cousins as Business Development Manager.
Bob Schwei, a 21 year industry veteran, with 10+ years with iPROMOTEu, has been promoted from Director of Business Development to Senior Vice President of Business Development. Schwei, is responsible for overseeing recruiting activities for the company.

Rafael Dosman, a 10 year industry veteran, including 6+ years with ASI and 1.5 years with iPROMOTEu, has been promoted to Director of Business Development and comes with a history of
working in the promotional products, B2B retail, and staffing industry. Dosman is skilled in trend analysis, territory account management, CRM, sales, and textiles.
Mandy Cousins has been hired onto the team as Business Development Manager. Her responsibilities will include developing business solutions and generating sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
Cousins has more than 10 years of experience in business development and sales. She led strategic planning and customer service with a strong attention to detail as the Sales Director for Avalon Image Group.
