The annual PPAI Rising Star list recognizes a select group of high achievers in the promotional products industry
WAYLAND, MA – Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) announced their 2023 PPAI Rising Stars and Emily Codner, Director of Affiliate Services, has earned a place on the prestigious list. The PPAI Rising Stars program has recognized the boldest and brightest promotional products professionals every year since 2010. Emily, along with the rest of this year’s 12 honorees, were selected from a record 170 nominations. Past winners have gone on to C-suite level roles, PPAI board of directors, and other executive positions.
The 2023 class was chosen based on their accomplishments, demonstrated leadership and volunteerism in the marketplace and their communities. “Emily exemplifies a leader who continues to take on more responsibility and influence both within iPROMOTEu and the industry,” said Lori Bauer, iPROMOTEu senior vice president of affiliate sales and support.
Emily is a graduate of Hofstra University and has worked in the promotional products industry for over 15 years. She joined iPROMOTEu in 2008 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in a promotion to Director of Affiliate Services in January 2023. In addition to building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, Emily is a strong voice supporting women’s education and growth in a traditionally male-dominated industry. She is a member of the PPAI Women’s Leadership Conference workgroup and is on the Advisory Council for A Woman’s View. As a thought leader, Emily is also a featured speaker on women’s empowerment and resources for building comradery among women in the industry.
