iPROMOTEu has announced a series of leadership promotions and organizational enhancements, effective March 13, 2025. The changes reflect iPROMOTEu’s commitment to strengthening operational efficiency, elevating leadership, and providing industry-leading service and innovation to its growing Affiliate community.

As part of this evolution, all operations across iPROMOTEu and AIA Corporation will be unified under the iPROMOTEu brand and leadership team beginning April 1, 2025, further aligning internal structure with the company’s mission and core values.

The announced changes result from strategic collaboration by the executive leadership team to ensure iPROMOTEu continues to deliver outstanding service, resources, and support. Reflecting that strategic focus, iPROMOTEu announced the following executive promotions:

  • Joe Hoffmann, Chief Operating Officer
  • Laura High, Senior Vice President of Marketing
  • Steve Gardner, Senior Vice President of Business Development
  • Tammi Ouillette, Vice President of Human Resources

These leaders, along with Nancy Schmidt, Chief Financial Officer, Dave Saracino, Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales & Support, Dave Kneram, Senior Vice President of Technology, and Rich Berg, Senior Vice President of Sales Operations & Distributor Exchange will continue to report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Lori Bauer, as members of the iPROMOTEu executive leadership team.

As part of the company’s structural enhancements, iPROMOTEu has created a dedicated operations department focused on process alignment and system harmonization. Several team members have also taken on broader responsibilities to further strengthen integration, technology, marketing strategy, Affiliate success, and cross-functional collaboration.
