MEET MEMBERS OF OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

ross silverstein

Ross Silverstein, Founder (Retired)

Ross founded iPROMOTEu in 1999 and retired in 2024 after leading iPROMOTEu through remarkable growth. Prior to iPROMOTEu, he worked for RE/MAX on its leadership team and was also the President and co-founder of an affiliated mortgage company. Ross also served as a corporate attorney at a leading Boston law firm where he specialized in financing and acquisitions. He is the recipient of the Distributor Entrepreneur of the Year Award from ASI and Counselor Magazine, is a frequent participant in industry educational programs, and contributes to industry publications. He graduated from Boston College with a BS in Management and later earned an MS in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT as well as a law degree from Boston University.

Lori Bauer, CEO

As the acting CEO, Lori passionately carries out iPROMOTEu’s mission to provide the best economic and lifestyle opportunity for promotional products distributors and salespeople.

Prior to her role as CEO, Lori served as senior executive responsible for increasing sales among iPROMOTEu’s Affiliates and ensuring that the Affiliates have all the resources and support services they need to succeed.

With over 25 years of experience in the promotional products industry, Lori has had a successful career with Koozie Group, formerly BIC Graphic North America. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Sales where she led a team of more than 50 sales professionals. In addition to having received many other industry honors and awards, she was named ASI’s 2019 Supplier Woman of Distinction. Lori currently serves on the PPAI Board in an At-Large Director position.

Jerry-Cressman

Jerry Cressman, Chief Financial Officer

Jerry is responsible for leading iPROMOTEu’s finance teams and analyzing the company’s financial position to propose strategic directions that support Affiliate growth. He has worked in corporate accounting and finance for over 30 years, including 25+ years working for large publicly traded companies and five years at a private equity-backed company, Paytronix Systems, Inc., where he served as CFO. Jerry has held several senior financial roles in the payments industry for leaders like Paymentech (acquired by JPMorgan Chase) and Chase Merchant Services. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Joe Hoffmann, Senior Vice President of Operations

With over 23 years of industry experience, Joe oversees all aspects of vendor interaction and supply chain for the company. Before joining iPROMOTEu, he was Regional Vice President of Sales for alphabroder, a Top 10 supplier, where he was responsible for the management of apparel and hardgoods sales in the company’s Northeast region. Throughout his career, Joe also held several leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations for industry suppliers Prime Resources and Jetline.

Dave Kneram, Senior Vice President of Technology

Dave is instrumental in leading the technology team and the development of iPROMOTEu’s innovative  technology platform. Prior to joining iPROMOTEu, Dave served as Director of Logistics Technology for Cimpress, the parent company of VistaPrint. He was responsible for establishing and leading project management, software engineering, data analytics and delivering logistics software solutions for global fulfillment operations. He also was responsible for aligning logistics optimization opportunities across businesses through software solutions and continuous process improvements achieving annual savings and revenue enhancements over $20M.

Laura High, Vice President of Marketing

With more than 20 years of marketing experience in the promotional products industry including Koozie Group, formerly BIC Graphic North America, Laura leads iPROMOTEu’s marketing team, and overall marketing strategy, to enhance the Affiliate experience with a robust plan to drive sales, including multi-touch digital campaigns and related tools.  She provides oversight and guidance for the execution of a consistent brand strategy that communicates iPROMOTEu’s value proposition for internal and external stakeholders.  Laura has an extensive background in digital and print marketing campaigns, website and eCommerce implementations, public relations, and communications.

Steve-Gardner

Steve Gardner, Vice President of Business Development

Steve leads iPROMOTEu’s businesses development teams and spearheads the sales process, from cultivating new Affiliate leads to orchestrating their seamless onboarding journey. He also oversees strategic planning for new Affiliate growth. With over 20 years of sales leadership experience, Steve has successfully built and led business development teams in the digital marketing and advertising industry, where he developed strong skills in client relationship management and strategic planning. His background includes notable roles at ThriveHive, Gatehouse Media, and The Boston Globe.
