For over 20 years, we have been committed to serving our Affiliates and working with our preferred vendors, even through the most challenging times. We would like to share some of the steps we’ve taken to continue to serve our Affiliates, while providing a safe work environment for our staff.

iPROMOTEu is open and we are available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST. Since Friday, March 13th our staff has been working virtually and we are confident we will continue to provide the highest level of support and customer service that our Affiliates and vendors have come to expect. Although our headquarters are located in Wayland, MA, we are pleased to announce that iPROMOTEu has been identified as an “essential operation” and therefore, we are exempt from Gov. Charlie Baker’s announcement on Monday, March 23rd that any business that isn’t deemed essential “can’t be open” any longer. We will remain operational as we provide support to many Affiliates who provide the much needed supplies to businesses within the health care industry, including hospitals, medical centers and senior care centers.

For our Affiliates, we are continuing to provide significant support during this global crisis by assisting with order financing, billing and invoicing services, cargo insurance, and much more. Today, more than ever, our support is a critical component of their continued success.

During these challenging times we are doing everything we can to support our staff, Affiliates, vendors, families and communities. As we all continue to monitor this changing situation, rest assured that we are here for you. Continue to keep yourself, your families and your friends safe.
