Ross Silverstein
President & CEO

Mr. Silverstein founded iPROMOTEu in August 1999 and has served as the Company’s President and CEO since that time.  Under Mr. Silverstein’s leadership iPROMOTEu has achieved continuous and substantial growth.  Prior to iPROMOTEu, Mr. Silverstein was involved with the RE/MAX real estate organization in many capacities, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel, for seven years.  Mr. Silverstein was instrumental in the growth of the RE/MAX system in parts of the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.  During this time, Mr. Silverstein was also the president and co-founder of an affiliated mortgage company that he managed for three years before it was acquired.  Prior to RE/MAX, Mr. Silverstein worked for five years as a corporate attorney at Goodwin, Procter & Hoar, a leading Boston law firm, where he specialized in financings and acquisitions.  Mr. Silverstein graduated from Boston College, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Management and later earned an S.M. in Management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T. and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.  In 2005, Mr. Silverstein received the ASI/Counselor Entrepreneur of the Year Award.  In 2006, 2007, and 2008 Mr. Silverstein has been included in ASI/Counselor’s “Power 50” - a listing of the most influential people in the promotional products industry.  In addition, Mr. Silverstein has been included in ASI/Counselor’s inaugural “Hot List” - a listing of dynamic individuals in the promotional products industry who are unique, inspiring and creative. 
   
   
Rick Badiner
Executive Vice President

Mr. Badiner joined iPROMOTEu in December 1999 as Executive Vice President and has been instrumental in the growth of the Company.  Mr. Badiner has more than 30 years of experience in the promotional products industry.  For most of his career, Mr. Badiner was affiliated with a large distributorship as a salesperson and, later, as a manager.  For the three years immediately prior to joining iPROMOTEu, Mr. Badiner was Director of Franchise Services for Adventures in Advertising.  Mr. Badiner was instrumental in AIA’s growth from 30 franchises to more than 250 franchises in a three year period.  Mr. Badiner has a wealth of industry knowledge and contacts, and is well respected by both distributors and suppliers.  Mr. Badiner graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Advertising.  
 
 
David Blouin
David Blouin
Vice President of Finance & Administration

Mr. Blouin joined the iPROMOTEu management team in February 2000 as the Vice President of Finance & Administration. Mr. Blouin is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience working with growth companies ranging in size from start-up ventures to established multinationals. Mr. Blouin began his career in 1984 with the international accounting and consulting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Blouin worked in the technology division of the "Big Five" accounting and consulting firm from 1984-1995, where he progressed to the position of Senior Manager. Mr. Blouin provided audit and consulting services to numerous growing companies. He worked closely with senior management of these companies from initial incorporation and business planning through venture capital funding and initial public offering. From 1995 through 1999 Mr. Blouin served as Senior Manager in charge of the Boston office of Provident Financial Management, a division of American Express Tax and Business Services. In this capacity Mr. Blouin provided accounting, tax and consulting services to small businesses and high net worth individuals. Mr. Blouin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and his Associates in Science Degree in Management from Bentley College in 1984.
   
 
David Stolper
David Stolper
Director of Operations

Mr. Stolper joined the iPROMOTEu management team in September 2007 as Director of Operations.  His responsibilities include management of the day-to-day operations of the Company and the planning and improvement of the Company’s systems and procedures. Prior to iPROMOTEu, Mr.  Stolper was the co-founder and president of a manufacturing company for more than 35 years that produced and distributed professional photographic accessories and that provided subcontract machining services to other manufacturers.  Mr. Stolper graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Engineering and, later, earned an S.M. in Management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T.

Ken Purington  
Director of Affiliate Relations 

Mr. Purington joined the iPROMOTEu management team in 2007 as Director of Affiliate Relations.  Mr. Purington has over 20 years of experience in the promotional products industry, and in sales and sales management in particular.  He has implemented many innovative programs which have resulted in increased sales and profits for distributors and salespeople.  Mr. Purington’s “partnership” approach has resulted in forming successful sales teams and vendor relationships -- the cornerstone of a successful distributorship.  His demonstrated leadership and motivational techniques have been largely responsible for the growth and success one of the most accomplished mid-sized distributorships in the Northeast.  Mr. Purington’s current role with iPROMOTEu in Affiliate Relations allows him to capitalize on his vast industry expertise which he has developed over the course of the last two decades, and his many loyal supplier partnerships which he has formed during that time.

Brian Flynn
Director of Finance & Administration

Mr. Flynn joined the iPROMOTEu management team in February 2005 as Manager of Finance & Administration.  He was promoted to Director of Finance & Administration in 2007.  Mr. Flynn has more than 20 years accounting experience in the banking, manufacturing, consulting, and travel industries.  Mr. Flynn received an Associate of Science degree in management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Pat Caccamo
Director of Business Development

Mr. Caccamo joined the iPROMOTEu management team in July, 2000 as Director of Business Development.  At iPROMOTEu,
Mr. Caccamo works to increase the number of distributors affiliated with the iPROMOTEu network.  Mr. Caccamo began his professional career with the Canadian Federal Government.  In 1996, after 20 years of service as the Manager of Immigration, Mr. Caccamo formed and was a partner in a small telecommunication company.  From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Caccamo, focusing on sales, helped grow the company from its inception to a profitable and very successful entity that was ultimately sold to a large national telecommunication company in Canada.  Mr. Caccamo is a graduate of Canada’s Ryerson University.
